This unit has been developed in cooperation with Laminators, Adhesive Manufacturers, and Operations Personnel. Ease of use, safety, and Reliability is in the mind of our engineers. The 2CS is the first adhesive blending unit designed to give the laminator “control” of the adhesive blending process. With Inline Blending Solutions’ equipment you can measure and report “Coat Weights” and “Adhesive Ratios”. Measure and report batch variables such as operator in charge, date and time, Adhesive traceability, customer…Calibrations can be completed on-line at anytime without interrupting the laminating process. At the heart of the system is a Multi-headed seal-less proportioning pump. IBS key component (PosiLink) allows the system to run continuously while monitoring its performance. Unlike other technologies that start and stop, the 3CX normally runs in a recirculation mode. The PosiLink technology switches the flow paths to either calibration or dispensing operations while maintaining positive ratio control.
