The 3CX system incorporates PLC logic that will give you the ability
to accurately measure coat weights. With an operator input value
value for web width and a pulse train input for line speed the PLC
calculates and displays pick-up weight values. This information
can then be used to verify what your coat weight is in the middle or

The 3CX adhesive blending system utilizes a precision multihead metering pump as the primary
proportioning device. The proportioning pump uses a single drive source (electric motor) and
mechanically linked gearboxes. 3CX
Result: Saves labor and improves adhesive
predictability!

The 3CX uses a sealed system approach or an "air free" blending environment. Variations in
viscosity primarily come from aging or evaporation of the adhesives. Using in-line blending technology
to blend adhesives fresh and on demand.

Run solids are easily controlled by the 3CX system. We contain and control the raw materials in an air
free environment. Our system can calculate the precise volumetric displacement required to give us a known
percent solids.
