Inline Blending Solutions
Inline Blending Solutions, Inc (IBS) president, Bruce Schuetz, has been in the metering and blending industries since 1976. Focuses have been on process development and process control allowing basic metering, dispensing to high volume inline blending and mixing operations to be completed on demand with high accuracy and virtually operator free. IBS focuses primarily on applications where companies need to remove the operator from contact with the raw materials for safety purposes. IBS primarily uses air free seal-less blending equipment that employs either dynamic or static mixing technologies. IBS also provides it’s customers the advantage of no high corporate overhead or other associated costs typically associated with large corporations. IBS has no external sales costs or commissions to pay which also help keep costs inline with customer’s expectations. “We are truly a low cost manufacturer so we can focus on developing low cost process solutions with virtually all of the non-valued manufacturing costs driven out.
